The Guangzhou Dayun Motorcycle Production Base is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.It  was established in 1999, covering a total area of over 540,000 square meters. It has 8 advanced suspension motorcycle production lines, 4 engine production lines, 6 spray painting assembly lines, 4 motorcycle inspection lines, 6 motorcycle packaging assembly lines, and multiple advanced intelligent manufacturing assembly lines for spare parts. It mainly produces and sells over 40 models and more than 200 varieties of motorcycles, tricycles, and engine products.

With a total area of more than 270,000 square meters, Dayun tricycle base is the first large-scale manufacturing enterprise in the country to produce motorcycles and electric vehicles using automotive technology, with four major manufacturing processes from raw material processing to stamping, welding, painting and assembly. There are 8 automatic carriage frame welding production lines, using high-quality national standard steel, and making frames and semi-finished carriages through automatic cutting, bending, manipulator welding and other processes.  It has 3 electrophoretic spray painting production lines, strictly completing six major processes, including degreasing and oil removal, silane process, electrophoretic process, high-temperature baking, topcoat coating baking, and gloss coating baking. There are also 3 leading domestic finished vehicle assembly production lines and more than 100 advanced testing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 three wheeled and four wheeled finished vehicles. The products cover various purposes such as passenger transportation, freight transportation, leisure, environmental sanitation, and express delivery.

Nowadays, the production base of Dayun motorcycles has been expanded overseas, and an Egyptian Dayun motorcycle production base has been established in the  Gulf Economic Zone of Suez, Egypt, covering a total area of 201,500 square meters. The company integrates the manufacturing of motorcycles, electric motorcycles, and tricycles, with a designed annual production scale of 300,000 motorcycles and 100,000 cars.

Throughout, Dayun Motor has adhered to the production philosophy of "meticulous forging, continuous improvement," producing motorcycles with car-quality standards, persisting in independent research and development, and strengthening quality control. It has established a technology center and quality testing center covering approximately 4000 square meters. The technology center has advanced design and development equipment such as optical scanners, coordinate measuring instruments and machining, and has the ability to design and manufacture motorcycle and engine, reverse engineering and structural design, as well as models and prototypes, and the Universiade Technology Center has obtained 409 patents.

Dayun Testing Center has more than 150 sets of testing equipment for vehicles, engines and parts, such as chassis dynamometers, emission analyzers, spectrum analyzers, shock absorber durability platforms, etc. It has over 200 testing and inspection capabilities for motorcycle, engine, and spare parts, as well as more than 30 motorcycle national mandatory inspection projects. It has been approved by the CNAS (China National Accreditation Service) for Conformity Assessment and has become a CNAS testing laboratory with third-party testing qualifications. It has also passed the application for the ILAS-MRA/CNAS international mutual recognition joint label and obtained the qualification to carry out international accreditation testing work.
